Excise Policy case: Delhi High Court seeks response from Vijay Nair, Abhishek Boinpally on CBI plea against grant of bail

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) communications in-charge Vijay Nair and businessman Abhishek Boinpally and sought their response on Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) appeal against grant the bail granted to the duo in a case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy of 2021-22.
