Disputes involving fraud arbitrable except when arbitration agreement itself vitiated by fraud: Bombay High Court

“The Supreme Court has held that the civil aspect of fraud is considered to be arbitrable with the only exception being where the allegation is that the arbitration agreement itself is vitiated by fraud," the Court said.
