Delhi Waqf Board recruitment case: Delhi High Court seeks Amanatullah Khan response to ACB plea challenging bail

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan in an appeal filed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) against a lower court order granting him bail in the case of alleged irregularities in recruitment to the Delhi Waqf Board.
