[Delhi Riots] Don't upload screenshots; can report arguments, chargesheet contents: Delhi court tells media

A Delhi court has asked media persons to not upload screenshots of legal proceedings taking place virtually in the Delhi Riots case, but stated there was no bar on reporting the entire arguments or contents of any chargesheet and its accompanying material.
