Delhi Police moves Supreme Court against bail to killers of journalist Soumya Viswanathan

The Delhi High Court had granted bail to convicts Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla, Ajay Kumar and Baljeet Malik after noting that they have been behind bars for nearly 14 years.
