Delhi High Court stays PWD order declaring AAP's Jasmine Shah unauthorised occupant, asking him to leave government accommodation

Justice Prathiba M Singh expressed her displeasure at the order passed and said it should not have been done when the matter is pending before the court.

The Delhi High Court on Friday stayed an order passed by the Public Works Department (PWD) declaring Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Jasmine Shah an unauthorised occupant and directing him to leave his government accommodation.
