The Delhi High Court on Monday, sought responses from the Delhi government and the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) to a petition highlighting non-implementation of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 which requires the setting up of mental health clinics and centres in educational institutions [Ms. Devina Singh (Minor) ( Through Her Father) vs. Govt. of NCT.
