Delhi High Court restrains former coach from publishing material related to medical condition of hockey player Gurjit Kaur

The Delhi High Court on Monday passed an interim order restraining former head coach of Indian women’s national hockey team, Sjoerd Marijne and publishing company HarperCollins from publishing any material related to the medical condition of Indian hockey player Gurjit Kaur [Gurjit Kaur v HarperCollins Publishers India Private Limited & Anr].
