The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to entertain a plea seeking stay on the 'Indian Racing League', a car racing event scheduled to be held from November 19 in Hyderabad and Chennai [Navjeet Harjinder Gadhoke v UOI & Ors]..The petitioner in the present case sought a direction of temporary injunction against holding the race.Single-bench of Justice Yashwant Varma noted that the material on record suggested a serious managerial dispute between petitioner who is an investor, shareholder, a Director and the other constituents of the fourth respondent to the case.
