The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition demanding removal of a passage in Class XII NCERT History textbook which said that Mughal rulers like Aurangzeb and Shah Jahan had given grants for repair of temples [Sanjeev Vikal and Anr v Union of India and Ors].
