Delhi High Court refuses to entertain PIL seeking inclusion of judges, advocates, clerks in first phase of COVID-19 vaccination

The Court said that inclusion of persons in the first phase of vaccination was a policy decision of the authorities and the same depended on a variety of factors.

The Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to entertain a PIL which sought a direction to the government authorities to forthwith include judges, judicial staffs, advocates, clerks and the members of the legal fraternity in first phase of COVID-19 vaccination (Amrendra Kumar Singh vs UOI).
