Delhi High Court quashes FIR against man who inadvertently carried 3 live-cartridges to airport in bag borrowed from uncle

The accused argued that he was travelling to Hong Kong from Delhi and was in a hurry to catch his flight. Therefore, he quickly stuffed his belongings in the handbag borrowed from his uncle.
