Recently, the Court has come to the rescue of a number of hospitals who approached it while they were running out of oxygen supply for their COVID-19 positive patients..The Delhi High Court is hearing another plea concerning Oxygen Shortage by Maharaja Agrasen Hospital..Advocate Alok Aggarwal: We're running two hospitals with 306 patients. We almost ran out of oxygen last night. We must thank Mr Mehra but we will run out this afternoon. We are discharging patients. We have already discharged. What is the situation on supply front : Court.The officer has not slept the whole time. 24x7 real time monitoring .. he along with all concerned, nodal officers, DMs.. order of contempt is made known.
