Delhi High Court issues notice on plea seeking removal of Zakir Khan from post of Chairman of Delhi Minority Commission

The Delhi High Court has sought the response of Delhi government and the chairperson of Delhi Minority Commission, Zakir Khan on a plea seeking removal of Khan from the Chairman of Delhi Minority Commission for his allege association with Aam Aadmi Party (Abdul Amir Amiro v. State NCT of Delhi).
