The Delhi High Court has made e-filing compulsory for Central and state governments, local bodies and public sector undertakings for cases, petitions, appeals, and revisions against judgments/orders of subordinate courts..E-filing has been mandated starting January 17, and will continue even after physical filing resumes, a circular issued on January 5 stated.."In view of Covid-19, presently all the cases in this Court are being filed through E-filing Module only.
