[COVID-19] Delhi High Court extends interim bails of 3499 prisoners for 15 days; High Powered Committee to not recommend further extensions

The Delhi High Court has extended the interim bails granted to 3499 undertrials in terms of the High Powered Committee's recommendations for a further period of 15 days from the date of the respective expiry of their interim bail period. (Court on its own motion vs State)
