Delhi High Court dismisses petition by heir of Bahadur Shah Zafar seeking possession of Red Fort
The petitioner argued that her family was deprived of possession of the Red Fort by the British following the first war of Independence in 1857, after which Bahadur Shah Zafar was exiled from the country.
