A Delhi High Court Bench headed by Justice Prathiba Singh is hearing a petition moved by Disha Ravi against media leaks in the Farmers' Protest Toolkit case, in which she is an accused.

Following her arrest by the Delhi Police, extracts of WhatsApp messages allegedly sent by Ravi were reported on by certain media outlets. The petition has been filed challenging the same and also seeking action against certain media outlets.
