The Delhi High Court on Friday directed the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to decide within six weeks the application by NGO Oxfam India challenging the Central government’s refusal to renew its registration under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) [Oxfam India v. Union of India].
