Delhi High Court asks ICAI to frame policy mandating Chartered Accountants to disclose criminal cases against them

Justice Pratibha M Singh said that such a policy is necessary, and asked the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) not to stay in the dark about criminal proceedings against members who are on its register.
