Delhi High Court asks for pendency data, details on functioning of all district consumer forums in capital

On the last date of hearing, the Court had urged the President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum to look into the matter of the consumer forums not functioning for the full working hours.

The Delhi High Court recently directed its Registrar General to obtain data on the functioning of all district consumer redressal forums across the capital, including data on the pendency of final cases before them.
