Delhi HC issues notice in plea to modify order extending interim bail till October 31

The order was passed after Advocate Amit Prasad, Special Public Prosecutor for Delhi riots stated that the misuse of the order by inmates had been noted by a trial court dealing with Delhi riots cases.
