In his post on social media, Khan had also expressed his thanks to Kuwait for expressing international concern on the issue of the Muslim minority in India..In his petition filed through Advocates Vrinda Grover, Ratna Appender and Soutik Banerjee, Khan alleged that the FIR was mala fide, misconceived and is based on misrepresentation of facts and untenable reading of the law..After hearing the counsel for Khan, the Court today sought status report from Delhi Police and directed that no coercive action be taken against Khan till the next date of hearing. .The matter would be heard next on June 22.
