Delhi Court takes cognizance of hate speech complaint filed against Sudarshan TV, Suresh Chavhanke

The complaint was filed by one Zafir Hussain, who alleged that during a telecast of a show in May 2021, Chavhanke spread hatred against Muslims.

A Delhi court on Friday took cognizance of a criminal complaint filed against Sudarshan TV alleging that its Editor-in-Chief Suresh Chavhanke spread hate against Muslims on his show "Bindas Bol" [Zafir Hussain v. Sudarshan TV Channel Ltd].
