It will create an overlap," she said. .Stating that he didn't understand the "apprehension", Judge Rana proceeded to list the matter on the same say as Shantanu's bail hearing date i.e. March 9. .John informed the Court that Jacob's interim protection in the case ends on March 10. .Shantanu's interim protection was extended by the Court till March 9. .On February 17, the Bombay High Court had granted Nikita Jacob protection from arrest for three weeks in the case.Jacob's house was raided by the Delhi Police on February 11, after which a non-bailable warrant was issued against her.Seeking transit anticipatory bail, Jacob had told the Bombay High Court that she had no religious, political or financial motive for researching, editing, or circulating communication packs/toolkits for raising awareness, let alone to incite violence and riots.In the same FIR, Disha Ravi has already been granted bail.
