However, adjournment was sought on behalf of the counsel for Muluk and Jacob..Appearing for Muluk, Advocate Vrinda Grover sought time to go through the response filed by the Delhi Police..Senior Advocate Rebecca John, appearing for Jacob, said that she would want to argue on the same day as advocate Grover..The request for adjournment was not opposed by the prosecution, represented by Additional Public Prosecutors Atul Srivastava and Irfan Ahmed..Earlier, Shantanu's interim protection was extended by the Court till March 9..On February 17, the Bombay High Court had granted Nikita Jacob protection from arrest for three weeks in the case..In the same FIR, Disha Ravi has already been granted bail.
