Is the COVID-19 vaccine being administered in other countries? Allahabad High Court directs Centre to verify

The Allahabad High Court on Monday directed the Central government to set up a meeting today with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) through video conference to verify whether COVID-19 vaccine was being administered in other countries.
