[COVID-19] High Powered Committee will decide on return of on-parole prisoners: State informs Kerala High Court

The Kerala High Court today took on record the Kerala government's submission that a High Powered Committee had been constituted to decide whether prisoners released on parole amid the COVID-19 pandemic could be received back to the State's prisons.
