Court Managers move plea for regularisation of services: Bombay HC asks State and High Court administration to reply

The Court was told that presently the court managers continue to work on meagre, consolidated salaries without any benefits (such as travel allowance, medical leave, medical reimbursement).

The Bombay High Court Bench of Justices KK Tated and NR Borkar has directed the State government and the High Court on its administrative side to reply to a plea raised by 16 court managers from different districts of the State seeking the regularisation of their services.

The Court managers have moved the plea seeking that a "dignified pay scale" be fixed for them (Panchaksharaiah Channayya Mathapati & Ors v. Union of India & Ors).
