Coronavirus: Delhi HC adjourns pending matters listed before it from March 17-20; urgent matters to be mentioned before JR

Filing Counters in the Registry shall remain open and limitation shall continue to run as before.

The Delhi High Court has resolved to restrict its functioning till March 20 and adjourned all pending matters listed before it from March 17-20.

Matters listed for hearing on March 17, March 18, March 19 and March 20 shall now be taken up on April 14, April 15, April 16 and April 17, respectively.

Urgent matters may be mentioned before the Court of notified Joint Registrars (Judicial) from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon and the same will be listed for hearing the following day before Benches notified by the Court.
