Collegium recalls proposal to appoint Justice K Vinod Chandran as Gauhati High Court CJ; instead recommends him as Patna High Court CJ

By a separate notification, the Collegium also recommended the appointment of Justice Sandeep Mehta, a judge of the Rajasthan High Court, as the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court.
