The Gujarat High Court recently quashed an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police externing a man from several districts for demonstrating against CAA/NRC, amongst other reasons (Mohmmad Kaleem Taufiq Ahmed Siddiqui v. State of Gujarat).
