Chhattisgarh High Court sets aside ₹51,000 compensation to woman who conceived despite undergoing tubectomy surgery

The Court said the woman was not serious about family planning because though she was operated in 1998, she delivered delivered two children after that but never approached a doctor for termination of pregnancy.
