Cheque bounce cases under Section 138 NI Act can be transferred from one State to another under Section 406 CrPC: Supreme Court

The Court rejected the contention that it would be impermissible to transfer cheque bounce cases on account of a non-obstante clause in Section 142(1) of the NI Act overriding Section 406 of CrPC.
