[BREAKING] CBI moves Supreme Court against Calcutta High Court order on house arrest of 4 TMC leaders in Narada scam

The CBI has also moved an adjournment letter before the Calcutta High Court stating that since the agency has moved Supreme Court, the case which is slated to be heard by High Court on May 24, be deferred.

The Central Burerau of Investigation (CBI) has approached Supreme Court in appeal against the Calcutta High Court order of May 21 which had directed that the four TMC leaders accused in the Narada case be placed under house arrest for the time being instead of putting them in jail under judicial custody.
