Cattle vigilantism has made an appearance as 'bovine policing' in national capital: Delhi Court

An Additional Sessions Court in Dwarka slammed the police for not acting on complaints of three men who were allegedly shot while in police custody, after being falsely implicated in cattle smuggling cases.
