Calcutta High Court refuses urgent hearing in PIL alleging relatives of Mamata Banerjee hold disproportionate assets

The Calcutta High Court Monday refused to urgently hear a public interest litigation (PIL) petition alleging that there has been an exponential rise in the assets of the relatives of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
