Punjab & Haryana High Court grants bail on condition that accused buys smartphone, keeps GPS switched on, does not delete WhatsApp history

The accused-bail applicant was directed to procure a smartphone within 15 days of his release, inform its IMEI number and other details to the police, and to keep the GPS on such phone switched on at all times.
