[BREAKING] NCLAT upholds ₹200 crore penalty imposed by CCI on Amazon for discrepancies in Future deal

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLAT) has upheld an order of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) which imposed a ₹200 crore penalty on Amazon for failing to reveal crucial details of its acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in Future Coupons Private Limited (FCPL).
