Bombay High Court summons Collector over demolishing fisherfolk community crematorium without hearing

The Bombay High Court on Thursday summoned the Mumbai Suburban District Collector over demolition of a crematorium of the fisherfolk community at Erangal beach near suburban Malad without giving an opportunity of hearing to the members of the community.
