Bombay High Court issues show-cause notice to Nawab Malik in Dhyandev Wankhede contempt petition

Father of Sameer Wankhede moved the contempt petition earlier this year alleging that Malik had committed breach of his undertaking given to the High Court in November last year.

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday issued notice to Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik, seeking a response as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him for an alleged breach of the undertaking given in the plea filed by the father of IRS officer Sameer Wankhede.
