The Bombay High Court on Thursday issued notice to Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) constituents Indian National Congress (INC), Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) in a plea challenging the State-wide bandh declared by the coalition party observed on October 11, 2021.
