Bombay High Court dismisses plea which alleged ex Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis used Pegasus to obtain court documents

The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court dismissed a petition filed by a Nagpur lawyer seeking investigation into his complaint alleging that the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis and his associates had obtained pleadings from his mobile phone by using Israel Spyware Technology - Pegasus (Satish Uke v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.).
