Highest number of company petitions filed in Mumbai, why no NCLAT Bench? Bombay High Court to Central Government

Maximum number of company cases are filed in Mumbai, the Bombay High Court observed on Monday asking the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) why there were no Benches of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at the commercial capital of the country.
