[TRP Scam] Bombay High Court allows Republic TV to challenge chargesheet filed by Mumbai Police

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday allowed ARG Outlier (parent company of Republic TV) to amend their plea to challenge the chargesheet filed by the Mumbai Police yesterday in an allegedly fake TRP Scam uncovered by the Mumbai Police.

The original plea only sought quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) against Republic and its employees including Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami and an order transferring the investigation proceedings from the Crime Branch Mumbai Police to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
