Bihar Judge assault case transferred to CID: Patna High Court informed

The Patna High Court on Wednesday was informed by Advocate General Lalit Kishore that the investigation into the alleged assault of an Additional District & Sessions Judge by two police officers will be transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) [Court on its own motion v. State of Bihar].
