Bihar court grants bail to liquor smuggling accused on condition that he ensures free education is provided to 5 children for 3 months

The Court further ordered that at the end of three months, the family members of the children should furnish certificates confirming that Kumar successfully fulfilled the responsibility imposed on him by the Court.

A court in Bihar’s Madhubani district granted bail to one Nitish Kumar, accused of liquor smuggling under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, on the condition that Kumar will be responsible for the education of five poor children for three months, The Hindu reported.
