Cannot allow Maharashtra government to file reply since matter substantially heard: Bombay High Court in Sudha Bharadwaj default bail plea

Bharadwaj's counsel pointed out to the Court that since he has argued the matter substantially after granting the State enough opportunity to file their reply, the Court should not permit the State to file a reply now.
