Bar Council of Delhi moves Delhi HC to ensure that no advocate is shunted out of rented accommodation on failure to pay monthly rent

Chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi, KC Mittal has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a direction to the Central Government, Delhi Government and Delhi Police to ensure that no advocate is shunted out of their rented accommodation on failure to pay monthly rent.

KC Mittal (Petitioner) has also sought directions to all governmental and non-governmental agencies to defer recovery of all dues until restoration of normal conditions, on such terms and conditions as may be considered appropriate.
