Aryan Khan drug case: These are the 20 persons arrested by NCB till now

Out of the twenty arrested, two are foreign nationals. All twenty are currently in judicial custody. Bail pleas filed by five of them will be heard by a Sessions Court in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested twenty persons up until today in the cruise ship drug case in which Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan is the prime accused.

Out of the twenty arrested, two are foreign nationals. All twenty are currently in judicial custody.

Bail pleas filed by five of them will be heard by a Sessions Court in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The entire list of accused arrested up until now are as follows:

  • Aryan Khan - He is prime accused and claims that there has been no recovery of any banned substance from him;

  • Arbaaz Merchant - Khan's friend from whom NCB supposedly recovered 6 grams of charas;

  • Munmun Dhamecha - She was allegedly found with a packet of 5 grams of a substance looking like hash;

  • Mohak Jaswal and Vikrant Chhoker - They were the first to be charged under the offence of Section 27A of the NDPS Act for trafficking;

  • Gomit Chopra, Nupur Satija and Ishmeet Singh - Accused with offences of consumption and have charges similar to that of Khan;

  • Abdul Kadir - Alleged to be a supplier, he was found to be in possession of 54.3 grams of mephedron and 2.5 grams of ecstasy;

  • Shreyas Nair - Along with Kadir, he was also accused of being a supplier, who was found in possession of 2 grams of charms;

  • Manish Rajgariya - Found to be in possession of 2.4 grams of ganja;

  • Avin Sahu - Allegedly a consumer;

  • Gopal Anand, Samir Saigal, Manav Singhal and Bhaskar Arora - They were purportedly from the organising team of the event/ party which was supposed to take place on the cruise;

  • Aachit Kumar - Found to be in possession of quantity of 2.6 grams of ganja, Kumar's name was taken by Khan and Merchant during their interrogation;

  • Chinedu Igwe - The first foreign national to be arrested, Igwe was intercepted with 40 tablets (15 gm) of ecstasy;

  • Shivraj Ramdas Harijan - Purported ganja supplier linked to Arbaaz Merchant, Harijan was arrested on October 10, 2021 after recovering of 62 grams of dark substance looking like charas;

  • Okaro Uzeoma - The second foreign national arrested with allegedly 14 grams of cocaine.
